We are executive search consultants, operating mainly in the private sector in the top four tiers of large companies, supplying senior executives and directors from £80K pa equivalent upwards in a wide variety of functional roles including

As soon as a client contacts us, we will start building a detailed picture of the type of person or people you are looking for. We will ask you about the experience and competencies you are looking for. We will also work with you to identify the more intangible qualities you may need. We will draw up an initial long-list and begin identifying potential candidates, sourced from our existing networks as well as dedicated searches in the marketplace.
We will then interview prospective candidates, assessing them against the agreed specification and determining their suitability for the role. A candidate report will be written for you, which will also contain our recommendations. At this stage, interviews are arranged on your behalf. We also follow through and help you to negotiate the final offer and ensure that both sides are comfortable with the final agreement.
Operating as a “Trusted Advisor”, with undoubted levels of transparency, customer knowledge built up over time and implicit trust though one relationship manager, we will agree an annual fee to cover an approximate number of executive level roles with an appropriate mixture of interim and permanent candidates.
There are two innovations; Service and Pricing. By building up a detailed knowledge of the types of people and management styles that are successful for each client, we will identify candidates with the potential to succeed across all business disciplines, so when a skills shortage is identified we can greatly reduce recruitment timescales for both interim and permanent placements. By agreeing a monthly retainer only, with no fee payable on a permanent placement and no margin charged on interim assignment, we eradicate the “perception” that recruitment businesses inflate salaries and day rates to increase their fees.
